  • 100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure

  • All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalities to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released
  • If circumstances make you cancel the tour , the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. Such

  • 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure      25% of the Tour Cost
  • 14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure      50% of the Tour Costs
  • 08 Days and beyond                                     100% of the Tour Cost

Important Notes:

  • Given cost is Estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels/Airline.Its Subject To availability at the time of booking. Any difference In cost shall be borne by Passenger.
  • Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Destiny Tour Operator will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change with our prior notice.
  • Check-in time at Hotel is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs
  • Your tours and transfers are based on not at disposal basis.
  • Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings.
  • Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplment cost will be applicable for Valley Facing Rooms.
  • Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary.

  • Optional sightseeing have to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.

  • Car cost is counted as per children & adults sharing a car
  • On hilly areas the ac will not work.
  • The airline used for package are also LCC so no food will be served on board.
  • We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
  • During sightseeing the vehicle will go upto permissible point only,from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers .
  • Extra bed in the room means only extra mattress.
  • Any govt.tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
  • Pre ponement of journey is not allowed.It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
  • If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control,we shall make our best efforts to shift the clientsto hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
  • If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Destiny Tour Operator is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.

Schedule

Day 01: Arrive Colombo & transfer to Kandy

  • On arrive in Sri Lanka, you will be welcomed and assisted by our representative and you will be then transferred to your hotel at Kandy.
  • Proceeding to Kandy en route stop at Pinnawala Elephant Bay Restaurant for breakfast
  • After breakfast visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.
  • Approximately 55 miles from Colombo, off the Colombo - Kandy road is Pinnawala, where an orphanage was started in 1975 to house the abandoned and the wounded elephants.
  • Dinner & overnight stay  Hotel

Day 02 : Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

  • The hill capital is another “World Heritage Sites”.
  • Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha.
  • The Bathing Pavilion (Ulpenge) is by the Lake and in the Center of the lake is the Island called “Kiri samudraya” (Milk white ocean) used by the kings as the summer house.
  • Visit Gem museum & Gem shop.
  • Thereafter proceed for Nuwara Eliya.
  • En route see the Ramboda waterfalls

Day 03 : Nuwara Eliya

  • Nuwaraeliya - The ‘Little England’ of Sri Lanka, is set against beautiful backdrops of Mountains, Valleys, Waterfalls and Tea Plantations.
  • It is supposed to be one of the coolest places in the Island, but it is really just like an English spring day, although the temperature does drop at night.
  • The Victoria Park, in the middle of the town, is a lovely place for a stroll or a picnic.
  • Proceed to visit Sita Amman temple

Day 04 : Nuwara Eliya – Negombo

  • After your breakfast at the hotel, we will then proceed to Colombo
  • Upon arrival commence city tour of the commercial capital of Sri Lanka.
  • Also visit the BMICH (Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall)
  •  see the replica of Avukana Buddha and the Independence Square
  • Colombo shopping
  • After shopping proceed to Negombo & check into hotel,
  • Negombo is a modest beach town located close to Bandaranaike International Airport
  • The narrow strip of land to the south of the lagoon and the many canals make for good exploring.
  • The Dutch captured the town from the Portuguese in 1640, lost it and then captured it again in 1644.
  • The British then took it from them in 1796 without a struggle.
  • Rest of the day can be spent at leisure at the lovely beach hotel.

Day 5 : Depart Colombo

  • Early morning checkout from the hotel.
  • Check out and proceed to the airport of Colombo for your flight home with blissful memories of a truly amazing holiday in Sri Lanka.
